If you’ve experienced delays, missed buses, or overcrowding on Dublin’s new or existing bus routes, this tool lets you quickly report it. Your feedback will help build a real picture of how the service is performing day to day. Each month, the results will be summarised and shared publicly, as well as sent to the National Transport Authority (NTA), Dublin Bus, and Go-Ahead Ireland to help improve reliability and passenger experience.
